Peasant foods - Peasant Foods (or poor people's food, sometimes including traditional foods) are those dishes specific to a particular culture made from accessible and inexpensive ingredients and usually prepared and spiced to make them more palatable. They have often formed a significant part of the diets of poor people.
Amazake - 甘酒 (あまざけ) Amazake (pronounced ah-mah-zah-kay) is a traditional sweet, nonalcoholic Japanese drink made from fermented rice. It is part of the the family of traditional Japanese foods made using koji (麹, Aspergillus oryzae) that includes miso, soy sauce, and sake.

Salo (dish) - Salo (сало) is one of traditional Eastern European foods often associated with Ukraine but not limited to its territory. It is made with slabs of raw pork fat "salo" that dry-cured (salted and aged) in dark and cold place.
